What is a DSCR loan?

A DSCR loan (Debt Service Coverage Ratio loan) is a type of real estate financing designed for investment properties. Instead of using personal income, these loans are based on the property's rental income to qualify — making them ideal for investors, landlords, and short-term rental owners.

What do you need to qualify for a DSCR loan?

How much of my project budget can be financed?

We can finance up to 85–90% of the purchase price and up to 100% of the rehab costs, as long as the total loan amount stays within 70–75% of the after-repair value (ARV).
